What's new on the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning
EPA-estimated range has been increased for models with the standard-range battery pack. Ford has also added the Pro Trailer Hitch Assist feature as an option.
2023 Ford F-150 Lightning - Performance
Every new Ford F-150 Lightning near Fairfield is a four-wheel-drive truck with dual electric motors. With the standard-range battery, maximum output is 452 horsepower and 775 pound-feet of torque, and the extended-range battery increases horsepower to 580 hp. Maximum towing capacity is 10,000 pounds, and that requires the optional Max Trailer Tow package.
Ford F-150 Lightning - Safety
Standard equipment includes Sync 4, a 12-inch infotainment touch screen, integrated navigation, wireless Android and Apple device support, lane departure warning with intervention, frontal collision warning with intervention, blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic warning and rear parking sensors. Starting with the XLT, front parking sensors are standard and the standard rearview camera system is upgraded with a 360-degree surround-view camera. Adaptive cruise control with lane keeping and evasive steering assist are optional with the XLT and standard beyond that point. Wireless charging is standard with the Lariat and Platinum. The Lariat offers BlueCruise and the advanced trailering-assistance technologies as options, and the Platinum includes them.
Ford F-150 Lightning - Mechanical
All Ford F-150 Lightning models sold and leased through our Ford dealership serving Fairfield Napa St Helena Dixon support Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 charging. Most drivers will want to have a Level 2 charger at home. With the extended-range battery, the Ford Charge Station Pro is included and charges faster than a standard 240-volt charger will. The Ford Connected Charge Station is optional for customers with the standard-range battery. You can also charge at DC fast-charging stations, and that allows you to charge from 15% to 80% in under 45 minutes.

Note that some color options require an additional charge, and color availability depends on trim level.
