Here's how it works:

1. Call and schedule your car pickup.
2. We will call you with suggested service work needed
3. You provide authorization for the service work
4. Our team of mechanics will fix your vehicle
5. We will call you and review the work that was performed
6. We will then thoroughly disinfect your vehicle
7. Finally, we deliver it to your door (or location of your choosing)
8. We can also can take your payment over the phone acceptable payments are:
   Debit/ Credit Card
   Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover

We have implemented rigorous disinfecting procedures to complement our already robust cleaning regiment. Not only does Napa Ford Lincoln undergo regular cleaning, but we have also put procedures into place to clean and disinfect all customer touchpoints throughout our normal business hours.
